Kaddour Bezzaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abderrahim Kateb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, Nadir Bessou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fergani Baboudji was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fergani Baboudji came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Croston FC's Nadir Bessou. But to his dismay, Nadir Bessou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Abderrahim Kateb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Kaddour Bezzaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaddour Bezzaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abderrahim Kateb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64thth minute of the game Abderrahim Kateb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Croston FC's Kaddour Bezzaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 66 minutes, Rafik Benyagoub mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chaffley United and the Croston FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 66 played minutes Chaffley United got a freekick which was hit by Rafik Benyagoub. Kaddour Bezzaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelkarim Klouchi in the 71st minute of play. Abdelkarim Klouchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaddour Bezzaz having to interfere. Nadir Bessou succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 75th playminute. Nadir Bessou was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. Croston FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Nadir Bessou might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fergani Baboudji. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nadir Bessou ran back to his position shaking his head. The Croston FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Croston FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
