An unexpectedly hard shot by Rezki Béchar in the 4th minute of play forced Godmanchester FC's goalkeeper Karim Hanoune to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karim Hanoune took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rezki Béchar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balwa Benhabiles kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Hamid Saïfi struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Karim Hanoune didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Whitehaven. Karim Hanoune took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rezki Béchar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rayane Abrika hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A collision led to Godmanchester FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Mehdi Salah hit a great ball. Karim Hanoune showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rezki Béchar, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Ferhat Kensi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yamine Ibrir went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 45 minutes, Rezki Béchar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Whitehaven's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rezki Béchar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Whitehaven's goalkeeper Ferhat Kensi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karim Hanoune made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamid Saïfi in the 59th minute of play. Balwa Benhabiles hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Godmanchester FC's zone, Rezki Béchar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karim Hanoune came out of the goal and Rezki Béchar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karim Hanoune showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rezki Béchar, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. If Abbes Zenati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehdi Salah charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehdi Salah the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute Rezki Béchar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karim Hanoune saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th match minute, Godmanchester FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehdi Salah to maneuver through the defense. Yamine Ibrir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mehdi Rimitti kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Rezki Béchar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
