Chafik Racim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ramsey FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salah Bahari in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chafik Racim saved Barrow-in-Furness AFC from getting behind. Lounes Zaâmoum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chafik Racim having to interfere. Chafik Racim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salah Bahari in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lounes Zaâmoum got free with Chafik Racim in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Salah Bahari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Chafik Racim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lounes Zaâmoum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chafik Racim having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Barrow-in-Furness AFC's Moncef Djamel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chakib Assous narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Ramsey FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Brahim Tlemcani hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moncef Djamel was the one to do the kick off. Salah Bahari blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chafik Racim having to make a save. Ahmed Azzizi-Kettab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chakib Assous having to interfere. Chakib Assous showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moncef Djamel, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Barrow-in-Furness AFC booed when Ramsey FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akwli Rebbab didn't get a good kick on the ball. Khaled Chaffaï received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Chakib Assous tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barrow-in-Furness AFC's Chafik Racim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salah Bahari in the 86th minute of play. When Khaled Chaffaï came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Barrow-in-Furness AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Khaled Chaffaï couldn't finish the play. Moncef Djamel succeeded in the game's 92nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2.
