Fayssal Adjimi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Madhil Seghiri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Verwood's Malik Ulansi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adil Metidji in the 25th minute of play. If Idir Kerrache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chadli Khorci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adil Metidji's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Malik Ulansi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Malik Ulansi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adil Metidji, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fayssal Adjimi made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Verwood got a freekick which was hit by Thelma Abbas. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Verwood's goalkeeper Malik Ulansi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fayssal Adjimi in the 68th minute of play forced Withernsea United's goalkeeper Madhil Seghiri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Idir Kerrache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Adil Metidji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Idir Kerrache made a precise shot to the right of Malik Ulansi. Verwood's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Fayssal Adjimi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Madhil Seghiri having to make a save. Withernsea United's Madhil Seghiri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fayssal Adjimi in the 91st minute of play. Verwood's Chadli Khorci got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
