Spectators: 6752 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 0) Abdelnacer Meriem started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sofiane Harkati hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 9th match minute, Stalybridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasserredine Ghazi to maneuver through the defense. If Bellemou Rodesli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute of the match Said Boulebda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mohan Ghoumari showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bellemou Rodesli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohan Ghoumari having to interfere. Mohan Ghoumari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Brahimi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mohamed Brahimi struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Mohan Ghoumari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brampton. After having played for 32 minutes, Bellemou Rodesli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brampton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bellemou Rodesli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jaber Maghili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Redouane Zidane in the 35th minute of play. Mohamed Brahimi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohan Ghoumari having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, Stalybridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Slimane Berradja to maneuver through the defense. Mohan Ghoumari came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Brampton's Mohamed Brahimi. But to his dismay, Mohamed Brahimi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Brampton's Salim Reddad got a free kick in the 44th minute. Jaber Maghili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelnacer Meriem in the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bellemou Rodesli made the kick off in the second half. Bellemou Rodesli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mohan Ghoumari read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. When Redouane Zidane came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Stalybridge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Redouane Zidane couldn't finish the play. Mohan Ghoumari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bellemou Rodesli in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Brampton booed when Stalybridge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nasserredine Ghazi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Stalybridge's zone, Bellemou Rodesli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohan Ghoumari came out of the goal and Bellemou Rodesli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 67th play minutes Mohamed Brahimi shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Mohan Ghoumari and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sofiane Harkati during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Brampton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sofiane Harkati to maneuver through the defense. Jaber Maghili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelnacer Meriem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brampton's Jaber Maghili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelnacer Meriem in the 84th minute of play. If Redouane Zidane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bellemou Rodesli in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mohan Ghoumari saved Stalybridge from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Brampton had won after a very even match.
