Said Lacen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boubakeur Bey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Aszar Benguesmia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vauxhall City's supporters rose to their feet, but Aszar Benguesmia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boubakeur Bey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hatim Reda in the 40th managed to get into a good position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aszar Benguesmia made a kick off. When Hatim Reda came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Alderley Edge City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hatim Reda couldn't finish the play. Daho Ben Cherif kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. If Hatim Reda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. Zyad Hima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fouhad Guechtouli, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Boubakeur Bey came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Vauxhall City's Aszar Benguesmia. But to his dismay, Aszar Benguesmia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Boubakeur Bey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Said Lacen in the 74th minute of play. Aszar Benguesmia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boubakeur Bey having to interfere. Zyad Hima made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Hatim Reda sent off a good shot on target.
