The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee gave Shireoaks City a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. If Ike Pan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Sofiane Abdelghani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wladyslaw Charamut was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The wind increased when Ike Pan made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Ike Pan made it 1-6 with a short kick to the right side. Shireoaks City's Tayeb Bedroni tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59thth minute of the game Keith Bédard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shireoaks City's Tayeb Bedroni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tayeb Bedroni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keith Bédard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ike Pan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
