The referee ignored Freshwater FC's protests and gave Bakki Hammad a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Freshwater FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bakki Hammad hit a great ball. Freshwater FC's Belgacem Mezghenna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Freshwater FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bakki Hammad in the 41st minute of play forced Carlin How's goalkeeper Rayan Fahima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Ikhlas Ben Arfa notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Carlin How's Rayan Fahima. Rayan Fahima was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rostom Meknassa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Freshwater FC's Bakki Hammad slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rayan Fahima. That made the score 0-3 after 58 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ikhlas Ben Arfa got free with Rayan Fahima in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Freshwater FC's Sid Ahmed Chaffaï in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Belgacem Mezghenna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
