The supporters of Evington booed when Lightwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamid Zouba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chabane Boukensa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Zoheir Belmellat made a huge save. Zoheir Belmellat was a little too slow when Hachemi Kader got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. 39 minutes into the match, Evington's Chabane Boukensa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zoheir Belmellat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chamseddine Brahmia in the 42nd minute of play forced Evington's goalkeeper Nadir Djamel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nadir Djamel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamid Zouba in the 44th minute of the match. Chabane Boukensa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Evington's Chabane Boukensa got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zoheir Belmellat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hachemi Kader in the 76th minute of play. Abderrahim El Ounès recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hachemi Kader sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Lightwater's goal looked a bit too open when Hachemi Kader came free, but Zoheir Belmellat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chabane Boukensa in the 96th minute of play forced Lightwater's goalkeeper Zoheir Belmellat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evington's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
