When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Nadir Baïri sped through Dove Holes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bendjedid Rimitti. Yidir Medhaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Bendjedid Rimitti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Dove Holes defense, Nadir Baïri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bendjedid Rimitti. The Dove Holes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bendjedid Rimitti should have stopped the shot. Aziz El Aychi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bendjedid Rimitti having to interfere. Khalida Oulhaci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benamar Zaghidour in the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to Denholme AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Khaldoun Rezzoug hit a great ball. In the 37th of the match, Benamar Zaghidour tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Khalida Oulhaci got in the way and made a wonderful save. Benamar Zaghidour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marwan Ioualalen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benamar Zaghidour made a kick off. Laïd Zughba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khalida Oulhaci having to interfere. Laïd Zughba struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Khalida Oulhaci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dove Holes. Dove Holes's Bendjedid Rimitti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Dove Holes from getting a goal against them. Mustapha Hamid hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Denholme AFC's Aziz El Aychi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bendjedid Rimitti narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
