Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nassim Piaf got the match started through his kick off. Momchil Kúnchev kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Stowmarket AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nassim Piaf. Mouloud Masmouda hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Ahmed Merbah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meziane Menad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Folkestone booed when Stowmarket AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fares Allahoum didn't get a good kick on the ball. Meziane Menad came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Folkestone's Ahmed Merbah. But to his dismay, Ahmed Merbah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Marwan Harkouk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ahmed Merbah came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Folkestone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmed Merbah couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute Farouk Chaffaï shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meziane Menad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Meziane Menad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Merbah, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ahmed Merbah blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Meziane Menad having to make a save. Ahmed Merbah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meziane Menad having to interfere. After 28 minutes, Mouloud Masmouda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stowmarket AFC and the Folkestone players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Stowmarket AFC's Mouloud Masmouda got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamel Zafour in the 34th minute of play forced Stowmarket AFC's goalkeeper Meziane Menad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahaszzi Ben Bella hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Mouloud Masmouda from long distance, 37 minutes into the match, got Marcelino Breogan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 39 minutes into the match, Farouk Chaffaï notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Stowmarket AFC's Meziane Menad. Meziane Menad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

If Farouk Chaffaï had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmed Merbah got free with Meziane Menad in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Farouk Chaffaï had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nassim Piaf's late challenge caught a Folkestone's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nassim Piaf helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Stowmarket AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nassim Piaf to maneuver through the defense. Ahmed Merbah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Farouk Chaffaï managed to get in a good position for a shot. Folkestone's supporters rose to their feet, but Farouk Chaffaï was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Meziane Menad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Folkestone's Ahmed Merbah in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stowmarket AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Farouk Chaffaï could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Meziane Menad made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Meziane Menad successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Farouk Chaffaï might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Meziane Menad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Farouk Chaffaï ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Stowmarket AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Faouzi Mihoubi hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Marwan Harkouk could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Meziane Menad however easily saved by the left post. A hard shot 84 in the game by Ahmed Merbah from a close distance when the talented Meziane Menad managed to make a qualified save. Stowmarket AFC's players were relieved. With his leg Meziane Menad managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Folkestone's Farouk Chaffaï fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ismaël Bouazza hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. With his leg Meziane Menad managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Folkestone's Ahmed Merbah fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Folkestone played a much better game than Stowmarket AFC and deserved their victory. The Stowmarket AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
