Mahmoud Mohand ran back to his position shaking his head. Mahmoud Mohand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Boubakeur Khaled fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ilian Khendu, passed just outside the right post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Wilaya 49 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Falmouth. Osmane Zidane stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alaeddine Taâllah. 1-2. The supporters of Wilaya 49 booed when Falmouth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ayrad Zeghni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alaeddine Taâllah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamdane Boukirat in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of Falmouth booed when Wilaya 49 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chaba Debbagh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alaeddine Taâllah came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Falmouth's Boumedienne El Amri. But to his dismay, Boumedienne El Amri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.

The wind increased when Hamdane Boukirat made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Hamdane Boukirat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alaeddine Taâllah was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Wilaya 49's Salah Sahraoui got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Boumedienne El Amri fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falmouth's protests and gave Boumedienne El Amri a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, Falmouth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boumedienne El Amri to maneuver through the defense. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Wilaya 49 manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Falmouth to win.
