Affi Zemirline received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nadir Amri came out and tried to block the shot, but Affi Zemirline slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. Balwa Saâdi hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Ikhlas Merzekane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nadir Amri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Affi Zemirline in the 24th minute. Nassim Hadji received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Tarek Benida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Affi Zemirlines short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Nadir Amri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Nassim Hadji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nassim Hadji made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Stanford le Hope United's Tarek Benida got control of the ball when Mohammed Adjaoud tried to sneak it across the goal line. Affi Zemirline received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Nadir Amri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohammed Adjaoud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute, Stanford le Hope United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nassim Hadji fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Mohammed Adjaoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Akim Mihoubi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nadir Amri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ikhlas Merzekane in the 73rd minute of play. Mohammed Adjaoud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nassim Hadji fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarek Benida having to interfere. In the 83rd minute of the match Akmin Guellil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nadir Amri skillfully saved the ball. Nadir Amri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Affi Zemirline, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Wokingham's zone, Ikhlas Merzekane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nadir Amri came out of the goal and Ikhlas Merzekane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee gave Stanford le Hope United a penalty, 100 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Anas Fochtali, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wokingham's Nadir Amri. 2-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Wokingham players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Stanford le Hope United.
