Falmouth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stanford le Hope United the free kick. Walid Oudin kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Stanford le Hope United's Affi Zemirline got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Tarek Benida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamdane Boukirat, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When Karim Arrache fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stanford le Hope United's protests and gave Karim Arrache a yellow card for diving instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ikhlas Merzekane to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Stanford le Hope United getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Karim Arrache hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Falmouth's Boumedienne El Amri got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 64 played minutes Falmouth got a freekick which was hit by Azzad Khodri. Ikhlas Merzekane was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Stanford le Hope United's Affi Zemirline got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Affi Zemirline fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilian Khendu having to interfere. In the 77th minute Hemza Zidane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarek Benida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Affi Zemirline sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute of the match, Affi Zemirline got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ilian Khendu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
