After 26 played minutes East Tilbury AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bilal Apap. In the 31st minute, Moncef Saïfi made a precise shot to the right of Belkacem Merniz. Beckford United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Ramdane Boniche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hocine Saïb in the 35th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Malik Fanon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Malik Fanon to make the kick off. If Faouzi Brahami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moncef Saïfi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamid Ramdane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramdane Boniche having to interfere. In the 81st minute Malik Fanon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belkacem Merniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Faouzi Brahami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ramdane Boniche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hocine Saïb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belkacem Merniz made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Moncef Saïfi sent off a good shot on target. The East Tilbury AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Beckford United from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
