Khalil Chadli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdelmalik Segni to strike the kick off in the second half. Afennich Djaadaouis short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Amdegh Camus to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Khalil Chadli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ghiles Cixous, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After having played for 65 minutes, Ghiles Cixous managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ghiles Cixous was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Khalil Chadli didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Spitalfields and Shoreditch AFC's Ghiles Cixous shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute.
