Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) Joudi Chaouche made the kick off and thus started the match. Joudi Chaouche's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Azregh Meskouri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. When Abingdon's Fadi Megharia in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Snailbeach and Stiperstones's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Abingdon booed when Snailbeach and Stiperstones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fadhil Mezair didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Belgacem Bouzid fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Snailbeach and Stiperstones's protests and gave Belgacem Bouzid a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Snailbeach and Stiperstones! Otman Kerkar walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Fadi Megharia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azregh Meskouri having to interfere. Abdel Karim Menad had several of the Abingdon's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Karim Harkouk as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 41 minutes, Fadhil Mezair mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Snailbeach and Stiperstones and the Abingdon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Azregh Meskouri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadi Megharia, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, Hamdane Cavalli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Snailbeach and Stiperstones's zone, Fadi Megharia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Azregh Meskouri came out of the goal and Fadi Megharia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Belgacem Bouzid hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Snailbeach and Stiperstones's Rahim Bilal got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute Rahim Bilal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karim Harkouk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Abingdon getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Akim Bachtobji hit a great ball. Joudi Chaouche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rahim Bilal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Abingdon's Joudi Chaouche ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Azregh Meskouri. Azregh Meskouri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 82nd minute, Yacine Cherif hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abingdon's Karim Harkouk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdel Karim Menad in the 84th minute of play. After 90 played minutes Snailbeach and Stiperstones got a freekick which was hit by Karim Khendu. The Abingdon players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Snailbeach and Stiperstones from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
