The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Bendjedid Harkati made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Burnham United got a freekick which was hit by Mourad Benflis. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lammouri Menad got free with Abdelnacer Hansali in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 95 minutes, Kader Ghazi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burnham United and the Wadebridge City players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Burnham United fans cheered their team off the field, for while Wadebridge City had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
