Spectators: 6750 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rachid Ziani kicked off to start the match. Rabah Bouraada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Badda Ayad having to interfere. Hexham AFC's Yannis Berradja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rachid Ziani in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Rabah Bouraada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Badda Ayad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rabah Bouraada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rachid Ziani in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yannis Berradja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yannis Berradja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Ziani in the 30th minute of the match. When Medjadi Bellil came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Sheerness AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Medjadi Bellil couldn't finish the play. Medjadi Bellil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannis Berradja having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hexham AFC's Amir Fergani got a free kick in the 37th minute. Belkacem Fetani took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yannis Berradja. Hexham AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Badda Ayad came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Hexham AFC's Abdellah Serkadji. But to his dismay, Abdellah Serkadji quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Sheerness AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hexham AFC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Boumabadji stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Medjadi Bellil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Hexham AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Medjadi Bellil came free, but Yannis Berradja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Medjadi Bellil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yannis Berradja read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Hexham AFC's Amir Fergani got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Amir Fergani off the ground. A collision led to Hexham AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Amir Fergani hit a great ball. Hexham AFC's Rabah Bouraada got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Badda Ayad made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Rabah Bouraada sent off a good shot on target. Yannis Berradja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Houari Zerguelaine, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rachid Ziani in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yannis Berradja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hexham AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
