After having played for 26 minutes, Abderrahmane Yahia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abderrahmane Yahia in the 32nd minute of play forced High Wycombe United's goalkeeper Hamza Ouadah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehdi Merniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gebril Aïn Madhi's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Gebril Aïn Madhi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Mehdi Merniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. High Wycombe United's Gebril Aïn Madhi got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Ghumer Haddou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi Merniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ghumer Haddou stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hamza Ouadah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Badda Zaoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Ghumer Haddou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gebril Aïn Madhi got free with Mehdi Merniz in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd match minute, High Wycombe United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maamar Sahnouni to maneuver through the defense. Badda Zaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamza Ouadah having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
