The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Medjadi Zeghni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdessatar Messis. Dunton Green AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Medjadi Zeghni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Abdellah Ataïlyya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asmil Bedrina having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Malik Bourebbou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asmil Bedrina was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Sammy Amrouni kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Little Comberton City got a freekick which was hit by Kader Zitouni. Dunton Green AFC's Abdellah Ataïlyya got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Little Comberton City's zone, Malik Bourebbou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asmil Bedrina came out of the goal and Malik Bourebbou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nassim Cixous's late challenge caught a Dunton Green AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nassim Cixous helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Little Comberton City's Nassim Cixous got a free kick in the 39th minute. Asmil Bedrina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malik Bourebbou, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Dunton Green AFC booed when Little Comberton City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rochdi Adjani didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Abdellah Ataïlyya cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Asmil Bedrina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Medjadi Zeghni made the kick off in the second half.
