Bakku Ahmed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clitheroe City's Rabah Moll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dylan El Ouazzani in the 35th minute of play. When Hassan Bitat came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Bulkington fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hassan Bitat couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Banou Attyya in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rochdi Nabil saved Bulkington from getting behind. Rochdi Nabil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Banou Attyya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 63 minutes, Dylan El Ouazzani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bulkington's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dylan El Ouazzani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute Hassan Bitat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rabah Moll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Clitheroe City's Bakku Ahmed in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bulkington's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bakku Ahmed in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rochdi Nabil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rabah Moll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hassan Bitat, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Rabah Moll made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dylan El Ouazzani in the 87th minute. In the 91st minute, Bakku Ahmed ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rochdi Nabil was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hassan Bitat in the 95th minute of play forced Clitheroe City's goalkeeper Rabah Moll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Clitheroe City had won after a very even match.
