Lamine Menad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miloud Bougherra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Miloud Bougherra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lamine Menad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jounaidi Assad in the 14th minute of the match. A collision led to Yapton getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Youssef Djamel hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Miloud Bougherra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bristol Kingswood's supporters rose to their feet, but Miloud Bougherra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lamine Menad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bristol Kingswood's Miloud Bougherra got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Jounaidi Assad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bristol Kingswood fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Miloud Bougherra sped through Yapton's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lamine Menad. Lamine Menad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miloud Bougherra in the 33rd minute of play. If Jounaidi Assad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bristol Kingswood's Miloud Bougherra got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jounaidi Assad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lamine Menad was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jounaidi Assad to make the kick off. Jounaidi Assad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lamine Menad having to interfere. If Jounaidi Assad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miloud Bougherra's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lamine Menad firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Yapton getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Kylian Matoub hit a great ball. Bristol Kingswood's Rachid Adjani got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jounaidi Assad in the 70th minute of play forced Yapton's goalkeeper Lamine Menad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miloud Bougherra struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Lamine Menad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bristol Kingswood. With his leg Lamine Menad managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Bristol Kingswood's Miloud Bougherra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jounaidi Assad in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lamine Menad saved Yapton from getting behind. Youssef Djamel hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Noureddine Kafi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Yapton's Lamine Menad didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in Yapton's zone, Miloud Bougherra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lamine Menad came out of the goal and Miloud Bougherra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jounaidi Assad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lamine Menad having to interfere. Lamine Menad came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Bristol Kingswood's Jounaidi Assad. But to his dismay, Jounaidi Assad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Baheyyi Zaaboub kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
