Spectators: 10991 (Terracing: 8244, Seating: 2528, VIP seats: 219) After 2nd play minutes Khaled Belkheir shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Zahid Saïfi and just under the crossbar into goal. After 6 minutes, Yacine Bachdjerrah mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Newcastle and the Espérance Algérienne players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes Newcastle got a freekick which was hit by Yacine Bachdjerrah. Chabane Sandjak was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 9th minute. Espérance Algérienne's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some careless play in the Newcastle defense, Chabane Sandjak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zahid Saïfi. The Newcastle fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zahid Saïfi should have stopped the shot. Dylan Bruel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Zahid Saïfi made a huge save. Zahid Saïfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Djamil Ayad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4-0 became the score in the 20th minute when Djamil Ayad elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 26 minutes into the game, Chabane Sandjak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zahid Saïfi. Chabane Sandjak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. 28 minutes into the game, Espérance Algérienne's Chabane Sandjak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zahid Saïfi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Zahid Saïfi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Djamil Ayad showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 31 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Chabane Sandjak took a quick shot and it went in 8-0 without a chance for Zahid Saïfi to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Chabane Sandjak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zahid Saïfi. That made the score 9-0 in the 36 minute of play. Zahid Saïfi was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Nazir Hadjadj capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nazir Hadjadj really showed his touch with that goal: 10-0. In the 42nd minute, Mareks Hamšík got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Nazir Hadjadj dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zahid Saïfi, 11-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 11-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Djamil Ayad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Djamil Ayad notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Newcastle's Zahid Saïfi. Zahid Saïfi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th minute, Khaled Belkheir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espérance Algérienne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 14-0 when Djamil Ayad sped through Newcastle's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zahid Saïfi. In the 65th minute, Djamil Ayad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espérance Algérienne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. Zahid Saïfi came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Espérance Algérienne's Chabane Sandjak. But to his dismay, Chabane Sandjak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. In the 73rd minute Chabane Sandjak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zahid Saïfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chabane Sandjak scored 17-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zahid Saïfi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute, Zedi Jamous hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Bassi Bentifour left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espérance Algérienne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 18-0. 91 minutes into the game, Chabane Sandjak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 20-0. Zahid Saïfi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zahid Saïfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khaled Belkheir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Espérance Algérienne had played much better football throughout.
