Espérance Algérienne's Djamil Ayad was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 86th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ajdir Messaoudi stood somewhat misplaced when Djamil Ayad came free in front of goal and shot 0-20 to the left of him in the 91 minute. If Saïf Khadra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khaled Belkheir received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ajdir Messaoudi came out and tried to block the shot, but Khaled Belkheir slotted it home off the left post making it 0-21 in the 98th minute. The Rugby fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Espérance Algérienne were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
