Spectators: 6940 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1940, VIP seats: 0) Carlos Malheiro made the kick off and thus started the match. David Lourenço hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Lourenço in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nuno Onas saved Royston from getting behind. Nuno Rebello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Onas having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Nuno Rebello managed to get in a good position for a shot. FUEGO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nuno Rebello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Onas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Malheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nito Nascimento having to interfere. FUEGO FC's Nuno Rebello got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Royston's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Rebello came free, but Nuno Onas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FUEGO FC defense, Alda Chivukuvuku kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nito Nascimento. The FUEGO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nito Nascimento should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Alda Chivukuvuku notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of FUEGO FC's Nito Nascimento. Nito Nascimento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 32 played minutes Royston got a freekick which was hit by Ambrósio Mantorras. In the 33rd match minute, Royston was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lourenço Borges to maneuver through the defense. David Lourenço recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, FUEGO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alda Chivukuvuku came free, but Nito Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th match minute, FUEGO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Da Costa to maneuver through the defense. FUEGO FC's Nito Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alda Chivukuvuku in the 66th minute of play. Nuno Onas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Lourenço, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Rebello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Nuno Onas made a huge save. If Carlos Malheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Royston's Maurício Montoia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 78th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FUEGO FC. Hipólito Clérigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Custódio Novais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute Carlos Malheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nito Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
