Gildo Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Lima Clemente having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Zé Teive got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hélio Malheiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 37 minutes, Lopo Jacaré mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Otterham AFC and the KASSENDA UNITED CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

51 minutes into the match, Otterham AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gildo Paes came free, but Rui Lima Clemente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Lima Clemente didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Teive went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Otterham AFC's zone, Zé Teive stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Lima Clemente came out of the goal and Zé Teive tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Calisto kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Rui Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Rui Lima Clemente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mathæus Søegaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Lopo Jacaré looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Hélio Malheiro. Rui Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rui Lima Clemente. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rui Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. Zé Teive blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rui Lima Clemente having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gildo Paes in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Lima Clemente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Otterham AFC's Rui Lima Clemente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathæus Søegaard in the 94th minute of play. If Gildo Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feridun Refettin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
