When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Akwa made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Vítor Rebello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hove AFC and the East Kealsdf players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes Hove AFC got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Rebello. Tiago Areosa struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Alda De Matos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for East Kealsdf. 54 minutes into the game, Jorge Gonçalves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hove AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave East Kealsdf the free kick. A collision led to Hove AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Eduardo Pereira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute, Eduardo Pereira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alda De Matos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After having played for 70 minutes, Emílio Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. East Kealsdf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emílio Pereira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alda De Matos came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by East Kealsdf's Jorge Savimbi. But to his dismay, Jorge Savimbi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 74 minutes into the game, East Kealsdf's Emílio Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alda De Matos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Tiago Areosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neide Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Akwa in the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Eduardo Pereira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The East Kealsdf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Dikaté in the 84th minute of play forced Hove AFC's goalkeeper Alda De Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 minutes, Eduardo Pereira made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hove AFC's Alda De Matos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Eduardo Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alda De Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Areosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. East Kealsdf had played much better football throughout.
