In the 13th minute, Pôncio Abelaira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Toni Boal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Pedro Maurito took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Toni Boal to make any attempt to save it. 37 minutes into the game, Pedro Maurito lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated Toni Boal. Bedale's Toni Boal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Gonçalves in the 40th minute of play.
