In the 2nd match minute, BASE ANGOLANA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Custódio Bouça to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Recreativo FC® booed when BASE ANGOLANA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alda Manarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Pepetela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Bouça, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Manuel Novais's late challenge caught a BASE ANGOLANA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Recreativo FC®'s Rogério Da Costa tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Bouça in the 13th minute of play forced Recreativo FC®'s goalkeeper Paulo Pepetela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Novais did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Teta Amado 16 minutes into the match. Paulo Pepetela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Bouça in the 19th minute of play. With 21 minutes on the clock, Eduardo Canales commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BASE ANGOLANA! When the match had been going on for 22 minutes, Recreativo FC®'s Alda Correia got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Teta Amado. Pôncio Bouça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Recreativo FC®'s Paulo Pepetela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Bouça in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Recreativo FC®'s Alda Correia got a free kick in the 34th minute. Manuel Novais got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 3-0 in the right cross in the 39th match minute before Teta Amado had time to react. Manuel Novais let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 47th minute shot 4-0 at rihgt post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiago Bouça to strike the kick off in the second half. When Manuel Novais came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Recreativo FC® fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Novais couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Recreativo FC®'s Paulo Pepetela got control of the ball when Ambrósio Zamora tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Manuel Novais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Vítor Polido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Recreativo FC®'s supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Polido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teta Amado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. BASE ANGOLANA's Teta Amado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pôncio Bouça in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Recreativo FC®'s Marílio Caneças got a free kick in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Recreativo FC®'s goal looked a bit too open when Ambrósio Zamora came free, but Paulo Pepetela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th match minute, BASE ANGOLANA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Jacaré to maneuver through the defense. Ambrósio Zamora struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Paulo Pepetela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BASE ANGOLANA. After a rather tough play, Recreativo FC®'s João Carlos Gonçalves got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 84th minute, Alda Correia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Recreativo FC® fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. If Rogério Da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Manuel Novais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teta Amado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Novais, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After a rather tough play, BASE ANGOLANA's Alda Manarte got a free kick in the 96th minute. Teta Amado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogério Da Costa went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Recreativo FC® had won after a very even match.
