The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Novais stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Recreativo FC® fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Recreativo FC®'s Manuel Novais looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Manuel Novais in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Simão Bastos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 69 minutes of play, Recreativo FC®'s Manuel Novais made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simão Bastos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodrigo Ganete hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Recreativo FC®'s Alda Correia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 76th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Prudhoe. Manuel Novais who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Simão Bastos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Prudhoe's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Da Costa came free, but Simão Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Bouça charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rolando Bouça the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Prudhoe getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Rolando Bouça hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Recreativo FC® defense, Gregório Dikaté kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo Pepetela. The Recreativo FC® fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Pepetela should have stopped the shot. Ubaldo Montinho's late challenge caught a Prudhoe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Montinho helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Recreativo FC®'s Ubaldo Montinho got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Recreativo FC® left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Prudhoe.
