The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viveque Regalado was the one to do the kick off. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiago Ericeira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Simão Bastos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Areosa went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
