After a rather tough play, BASE ANGOLANA's Alda Manarte got a free kick in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, West Drayton FC's goalkeeper Marílio Pepetela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiago Bouça. 20 minutes into the match, BASE ANGOLANA's goal looked a bit too open when Alda Sampaio came free, but Teta Amado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 23 minutes, Toni Amado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. West Drayton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toni Amado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marílio Pepetela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Bouça in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, BASE ANGOLANA's goal looked a bit too open when Alda Sampaio came free, but Teta Amado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alda Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toni Amado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teta Amado having to interfere. Marílio Pepetela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrósio Zamora in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toni Amado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Toni Amado in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Teta Amado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
