The URSS Cuba Fidel Castro fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when URSS Cuba Fidel Castro's Vice Alilović looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Wells FC's Tiago Boal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neymar Juniors in the 14th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Neymar Juniors in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago Boal saved Wells FC from getting behind. Wells FC's Tiago Boal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vice Alilović in the 16th minute of play. Tiago Boal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neymar Juniors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Neymar Juniors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Boal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiago Boal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dmitriy Zuev in the 20th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match URSS Cuba Fidel Castro got a corner. Wells FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gregório Pepetela ran over to the corner to take the kick. Magno Novais hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. A collision led to Wells FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Magno Novais hit a great ball. In the 37th minute Neymar Juniors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Boal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiago Boal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Neymar Juniors went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 47thth minute of the game Neymar Juniors who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wells FC's Tiago Boal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damaso Aznaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Neymar Juniors recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tiago Boal. Neymar Juniors showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. 54 minutes into the match, Wells FC's goalkeeper Tiago Boal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastián Dikaté. Sebastián Dikaté could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Tiago Boal made a huge save. Tiago Boal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vice Alilović, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Tiago Boal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszek Ligas, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After some careless play in the Wells FC defense, Dmitriy Zuev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiago Boal. The Wells FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiago Boal should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute, Vice Alilović made a precise shot to the right of Tiago Boal. Wells FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. The audience was convinced that Neymar Juniors's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiago Boal was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Tiago Boal made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Neymar Juniors sent off a good shot on target. URSS Cuba Fidel Castro's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
