Spectators: 10831 (Terracing: 8124, Seating: 2491, VIP seats: 216) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Humberto Suazo made the kick off which started today's match. Humberto Suazo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Neide Jacaré read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Suazo in the 6th minute of play forced Petro Atlético's goalkeeper Neide Jacaré to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 minutes of play, Académica do Lobito's Humberto Suazo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Neide Jacaré was left in no man's land by his defense there! Neide Jacaré showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Suazo in the 11th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Petro Atlético fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Louis Lumb managed to get in a good position for a shot. Académica do Lobito's supporters rose to their feet, but Louis Lumb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Neide Jacaré breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the match, Petro Atlético's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Suazo came free, but Neide Jacaré reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neide Jacaré didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Suazo went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 30thth minute of the game Humberto Suazo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Petro Atlético's Neide Jacaré was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Suazo in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Neide Jacaré saved Petro Atlético from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, Petro Atlético's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Suazo came free, but Neide Jacaré reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Bouça kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Humberto Suazo made a precise shot to the right of Neide Jacaré. Petro Atlético's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Humberto Suazo took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Neide Jacaré. Neide Jacaré dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The Petro Atlético players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Académica do Lobito were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albertino Caneças stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Académica do Lobito's Humberto Suazo made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Neide Jacaré was left in no man's land by his defense there! Byrne Hopkins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Humberto Suazo notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Petro Atlético's Neide Jacaré. Neide Jacaré was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Byrne Hopkins came free in the 67th minute and tried to tip the ball over Neide Jacaré, but to the joy of Petro Atlético's supporters the ball went over. Humberto Suazo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Neide Jacaré made a huge save. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Petro Atlético's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teodoro Amado was slow to take the kick. During this time Académica do Lobito's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Humberto Suazo drilling the ball in to score 0-8 behind Petro Atlético's goalkeeper. After 83 minutes of play, Académica do Lobito's Humberto Suazo made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Neide Jacaré was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Académica do Lobito's Byrne Hopkins slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Neide Jacaré. That made the score 0-10 after 86 minutes of play. Humberto Suazo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Neide Jacaré made a huge save. With his leg Neide Jacaré managed to avoid a goal in the 98thth minute, when Académica do Lobito's Humberto Suazo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Petro Atlético fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Académica do Lobito were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
