Spectators: 6852 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1852, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kingston Magakula took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Neilersdrif's Tyrell Kanku got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Neilersdrif's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Enock Bartlett fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Enock Bartlett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Papi Tembe made a huge save. In the 13th minute Meshack Sephiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lindo Mokhasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lindo Mokhasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meshack Sephiri in the 14th minute of the match. Papi Tembe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kingston Magakula's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. A collision led to Neilersdrif getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Wycliffe Modise hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Mfanta's Alfred Tshabalala got a free kick in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Lucky Madiba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mfanta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Neilersdrif the free kick. After 31 played minutes Mfanta got a freekick which was hit by Lucky Madiba. Tyrell Kanku kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mfanta's Lucky Madiba got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Promise Mhlongo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neilersdrif's supporters rose to their feet, but Promise Mhlongo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lindo Mokhasi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Promise Mhlongo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lindo Mokhasi having to interfere. Lindo Mokhasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Promise Mhlongo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Meshack Sephiri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Meshack Sephiri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enock Bartlett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Papi Tembe having to interfere. Promise Mhlongo struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Lindo Mokhasi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neilersdrif. If Meshack Sephiri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the game, Promise Mhlongo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lindo Mokhasi. Promise Mhlongo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Neilersdrif's goalkeeper Papi Tembe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lindo Mokhasi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Meshack Sephiri's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Mfanta's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Elias Ntsume 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. 92 minutes into the match, Mfanta's goalkeeper Lindo Mokhasi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Promise Mhlongo. Promise Mhlongo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lindo Mokhasi having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Mfanta's goal looked a bit too open when Meshack Sephiri came free, but Lindo Mokhasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Neilersdrif left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mfanta.
