The supporters of tk15 booed when FC Ntlabeni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kingston Kubheka didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute Kingston Kubheka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrice Tshabalala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kingston Kubheka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. tk15's Patrice Tshabalala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kingston Kubheka in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Kingston Kubheka managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ntlabeni's supporters rose to their feet, but Kingston Kubheka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrice Tshabalala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patrice Tshabalala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kingston Kubheka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrice Tshabalala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kingston Kubheka's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Kingston Kubheka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrice Tshabalala having to interfere. tk15's Patrice Tshabalala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thami Mufadi in the 41st minute of play. Themba Shoba kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 43 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FC Ntlabeni's Kingston Kubheka fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 44th match minute, tk15 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themba Shoba to maneuver through the defense. 49 minutes into the game, Thami Mufadi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Patrice Tshabalala was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The tk15 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Ntlabeni were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Kingston Kubheka made the kick off in the second half. Kingston Kubheka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrice Tshabalala read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kingston Kubheka in the 58th minute of play forced tk15's goalkeeper Patrice Tshabalala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Thami Mufadi could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Patrice Tshabalala however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kingston Kubheka in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrice Tshabalala saved tk15 from getting behind. With an all-out effort, FC Ntlabeni's Patrice Tshabalala threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kingston Kubheka, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice moves Thami Mufadi could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Patrice Tshabalala however easily saved by the left post. After 66 minutes, Themba Shoba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the tk15 and the FC Ntlabeni players grew even worse after the yellow card. Themba Shoba hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If Kingston Kubheka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, tk15's goalkeeper Patrice Tshabalala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thami Mufadi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kingston Kubheka in the 93rd minute of play forced tk15's goalkeeper Patrice Tshabalala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thami Mufadi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Patrice Tshabalala made a huge save. After some careless play in the FC Ntlabeni defense, Themba Shoba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michael Ntsume. The FC Ntlabeni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michael Ntsume should have stopped the shot.
