He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Blaauwdrift reached it. Lucky Patel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Tyrell Modipa in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Patrick Mayoyo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jabu Takalani in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Mayoyo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, FC Wittebome's Themba Mbule got a free kick in the 59th minute. Takalani Nkadimeng, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 65 minutes, Tyrell Modipa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blaauwdrift's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tyrell Modipa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, FC Wittebome's goal looked a bit too open when Jabu Takalani came free, but Patrick Mayoyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tyrell Modipa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Musa Radebe came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Wittebome's Rafael Melele. But to his dismay, Rafael Melele quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Musa Radebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucky Patel in the 90th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Tyrell Modipa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blaauwdrift's supporters rose to their feet, but Tyrell Modipa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Mayoyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
