Mthunzi Maduna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Etienne Mayoyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bloem United's Edries Cassim got a free kick in the 51st minute. Ivan Bandura hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. When Etienne Mayoyo came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the FC Papfontein fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Etienne Mayoyo couldn't finish the play. Stanton Qabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mthunzi Maduna in the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Bloem United's goal looked a bit too open when Mthunzi Maduna came free, but Stanton Qabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Etienne Mayoyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanton Qabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Mthunzi Maduna made a precise shot to the right of Stanton Qabi. Bloem United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Papfontein fully deserved thier win.
