Delron Sewele's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delron Inguana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Michael Sibeko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Mbule having to interfere. Delron Sewele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jafta Konza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The FC Lesseyton players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Watergang f.c were winning 1-3.

The supporters of Watergang f.c booed when FC Lesseyton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Mhlathe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delron Inguana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Komani in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delron Sewele in the 64th minute of play forced FC Lesseyton's goalkeeper Delron Inguana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Watergang f.c booed when FC Lesseyton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dean Pretorius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jafta Konza took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delron Inguana. Delron Inguana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Delron Sewele who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Delron Inguana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Terence Mhlathe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Michael Sibeko came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the FC Lesseyton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Sibeko couldn't finish the play. If Delron Sewele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Delron Inguana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delron Sewele in the 93rd minute. Terence Mhlathe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Norman Mbule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Lesseyton supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Watergang f.c's performance. The match ended with a win for Watergang f.c.
