After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Bomikaze Mufumadi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pink saints's supporters rose to their feet, but Bomikaze Mufumadi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rabelani Khumalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charles Liau made a kick off. Dumisane King fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Kolwa having to interfere. Charles Liau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Henry Kolwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dumisane King had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The supporters of Evutha booed when Pink saints was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sibongile Edwards didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dumisane King had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Kolwa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dumisane King's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Hassan Fortuin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pink saints's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hassan Fortuin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Pink saints booed when Evutha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tebogo Sephiri didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henry Mbule during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th minute, one of Evutha:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Evutha. The Pink saints players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Evutha from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
