After 7 minutes, Legako Webb mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bikana and the QALAS STARS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bikana's Legako Webb got a free kick in the 7th minute. Harry Mayoyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Harry Mayoyo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Johannes Kekana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Legako Webb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Silas Laher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lebang Wanani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harry Mayoyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of QALAS STARS booed when Bikana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Fortuin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steve Modise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Lebang Wanani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johannes Kekana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, QALAS STARS's Albert Roberts got a free kick in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silas Laher in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lebang Wanani saved QALAS STARS from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Freddie Klaasens during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Freddie Klaasens kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. QALAS STARS's Lebang Wanani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Modise in the 45th minute of play. After 45 minutes of play QALAS STARS's Freddie Klaasens was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Steve Modise could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Lebang Wanani made a huge save. Lebang Wanani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Laher in the 59th minute of play. Silas Laher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Lebang Wanani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 played minutes QALAS STARS got a freekick which was hit by Albert Roberts. Silas Laher was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. Bikana's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silas Laher in the 68th minute of play forced QALAS STARS's goalkeeper Lebang Wanani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steve Modise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lebang Wanani having to interfere. Rafael Mncube kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. When Harry Mayoyo came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the QALAS STARS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harry Mayoyo couldn't finish the play. Madolo Makweni charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Madolo Makweni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Madolo Makweni kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Mayoyo in the 87th minute of play forced Bikana's goalkeeper Jeff Okpara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bikana's Silas Laher got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeff Okpara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Mayoyo in the 92nd minute of play. After having played for 95 minutes, Silas Laher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bikana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silas Laher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in QALAS STARS's zone, Steve Modise stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lebang Wanani came out of the goal and Steve Modise tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
