Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Milton King started the match with the kick off. Jomo Mufumadi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siyabonge Ntsume having to interfere. Jomo Mufumadi took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Siyabonge Ntsume. Siyabonge Ntsume dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Jikolo Qabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ihluku's supporters rose to their feet, but Jikolo Qabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bradley Qabi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Milton King sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the game, Jomo Mufumadi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Siyabonge Ntsume was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the game, Ihluku's Papi Melele nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bradley Qabi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 43rd minute Papi Melele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bradley Qabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Leon Melele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bradley Qabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jikolo Qabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Ihluku's Papi Melele got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half FC Masters were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 53 minutes, Michael Mothobi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ihluku's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Mothobi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jikolo Qabi in the 54th minute of play forced FC Masters's goalkeeper Bradley Qabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Papi Melele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Jikolo Qabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ihluku's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jikolo Qabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bradley Qabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Papi Melele, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 65 minutes of play, Ihluku's Papi Melele made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bradley Qabi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nazeer Nhlapo charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nazeer Nhlapo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Masters getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Nazeer Nhlapo hit a great ball. Bradley Qabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Papi Melele in the 72nd minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, FC Masters's goal looked a bit too open when Themba Mangope came free, but Bradley Qabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Masters's Bradley Qabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jikolo Qabi in the 80th minute of play. Jikolo Qabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bradley Qabi having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ihluku had played much better football throughout.
