Spectators: 6954 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1954, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Brandon Miti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucky Kanku. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Boegoeberg's goal looked a bit too open when Brandon Miti came free, but Lucky Kanku reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brandon Miti charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brandon Miti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Brandon Miti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Boegoeberg's Lucky Kanku got control of the ball when Milton Magakula tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Stanton Fortuin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boegoeberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanton Fortuin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rob Thebile breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sam Lekgwathi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucky Kanku having to interfere. Lucky Kanku showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brandon Miti, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a rather tough play, Boegoeberg's Gary Magagane got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brandon Miti made a kick off. Stanton Fortuin hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Soloman Wanani hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Lucky Kanku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sizwe Thokozani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rob Thebile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradley Setlaba in the 70th minute of play. After 73 played minutes Boegoeberg got a freekick which was hit by Stanton Fortuin. A collision led to Boegoeberg getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jason Mncube hit a great ball. In the 76th minute, Gary Kubheka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucky Kanku came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Gelukshof's Milton Magakula. But to his dismay, Milton Magakula quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Boegoeberg's Mpenza Webb got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 86 minutes, Milton Magakula mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Gelukshof and the Boegoeberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Milton Magakula hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Soloman Wanani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Boegoeberg's Rob Thebile threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bradley Setlaba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 90 minutes, Sam Lekgwathi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Gelukshof and the Boegoeberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sam Lekgwathi kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Mpenza Webb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the FC Gelukshof players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
