The tension between the FC KuLombombo and the Palancas Negras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes FC KuLombombo got a freekick which was hit by Musa Modipa. David Sono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Musa Modipa in the 10th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, FC KuLombombo's goalkeeper Sipho Thompson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wycliffe Magagane. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC KuLombombo's goalkeeper Sipho Thompson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, FC KuLombombo's Sipho Thompson got control of the ball when Wycliffe Magagane tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to FC KuLombombo getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Boyisani Mabele hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Wycliffe Magagane fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 25th minute, Thanyani Thebile reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sipho Thompson. The goal made the score 1-0. Thanyani Thebile struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Sipho Thompson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palancas Negras. In the 40th minute, FC KuLombombo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Justice Mnisi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Wycliffe Magagane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Bongi Radebe took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Sipho Thompson to make any attempt to save it. The wind increased when Wycliffe Magagane made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wycliffe Magagane in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
