After 10 played minutes FC Kruisvallei got a freekick which was hit by Danail Borchev. A collision led to QwaningA getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jason Thwala hit a great ball. The long shot by Fuzile Ngake in the 14th minute really tested 石国德's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience was convinced that Johannes Pretorius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Merlin Taine was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. If Johannes Pretorius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Merlin Taine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Pretorius in the 23rd minute of the match. Merlin Taine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Pretorius in the 23rd minute of play. Merlin Taine came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by QwaningA's Johannes Pretorius. But to his dismay, Johannes Pretorius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gérard Deroubaix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 石国德 having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, QwaningA's Nazeer Tshabalala sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Merlin Taine narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nazeer Tshabalala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Merlin Taine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niek Scheffer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Merlin Taine having to make a save. After 34 minutes, Johannes Pretorius made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Kruisvallei's Merlin Taine tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. QwaningA's Akil Mabele got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Kruisvallei's Merlin Taine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Pretorius in the 45th minute of play. Nazeer Tshabalala scored 0-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Merlin Taine, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francis Liau to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Johannes Pretorius recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Merlin Taine. Johannes Pretorius showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Johannes Pretorius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Kruisvallei booed when QwaningA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Pretorius didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 minutes, Johannes Pretorius made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. FC Kruisvallei's Merlin Taine tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johannes Pretorius in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Merlin Taine saved FC Kruisvallei from getting behind. A hard shot 72 in the game by Johannes Pretorius from a close distance when the talented Merlin Taine managed to make a qualified save. FC Kruisvallei's players were relieved. Merlin Taine was a little too slow when Nazeer Tshabalala got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-6. If Johannes Pretorius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nazeer Tshabalala during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, QwaningA's Nazeer Tshabalala got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Johannes Pretorius put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Merlin Taine. Vuyo Etafia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Merlin Taine made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded QwaningA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Kruisvallei.
