Tommy Henriksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Pretorius in the 12th minute of play forced Blue Sharks's goalkeeper Tommy Henriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johannes Pretorius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Henriksson having to interfere. In the 16th minute of the match Akil Mabele sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Henriksson skillfully saved the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Johannes Pretorius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blue Sharks's Tommy Henriksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Giorgos Vrekousis hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. When Nazeer Tshabalala came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the QwaningA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nazeer Tshabalala couldn't finish the play. When Ain Undrits fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored QwaningA's protests and gave Ain Undrits a yellow card for diving instead. Ain Undrits hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Blue Sharks's Alpheus Mokhasi got a free kick in the 28th minute. Alpheus Mokhasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 石国德 having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Johannes Pretorius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Johannes Pretorius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Henriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Pretorius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Henriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niek Scheffer in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Blue Sharks's zone, Johannes Pretorius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Henriksson came out of the goal and Johannes Pretorius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Henriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazeer Tshabalala in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Johannes Pretorius made the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 56 in the game by Johannes Pretorius from a close distance when the talented Tommy Henriksson managed to make a qualified save. Blue Sharks's players were relieved. A collision led to Blue Sharks getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Lucas Kubheka hit a great ball. If Johannes Pretorius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johannes Pretorius who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Tommy Henriksson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tommy Henriksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes Pretorius's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. If Nazeer Tshabalala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johannes Pretorius in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Henriksson saved Blue Sharks from getting behind. Nazeer Tshabalala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Tommy Henriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vuyo Etafia might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Henriksson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vuyo Etafia ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Tommy Henriksson managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when QwaningA's Johannes Pretorius fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Nazeer Tshabalala managed to get in a good position for a shot. QwaningA's supporters rose to their feet, but Nazeer Tshabalala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Henriksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Henriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niek Scheffer in the 95th minute of play. When QwaningA's Johannes Pretorius in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Blue Sharks's goalie prevented a goal. QwaningA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
