The supporters of Maluleke FC booed when Sandhurst Boerboels was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jafta Etafia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Meshack Tshabalala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ryan Newland's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Meshack Tshabalala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Maluleke FC defense, Ryan Newland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Meshack Tshabalala. The Maluleke FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Meshack Tshabalala should have stopped the shot. Ryan Newland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Golo Gol replaced Mustafa Kemal El Abidine Ben Ali. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thabo Mathibe made a kick off. With his leg Meshack Tshabalala managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Sandhurst Boerboels's Ryan Newland fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Ryan Newland in the 84th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Meshack Tshabalala kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-10 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Sandhurst Boerboels's Ryan Newland was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 88th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
