In the 6th minute, Golden Arrows got a penalty, and Jânio Motta placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. 9 minutes into the game, Golden Arrows's Ruperto Gonza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Meshack Tshabalala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After having played for 12 minutes, Jânio Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Arrows's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jânio Motta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Ruperto Gonza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Meshack Tshabalala was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jânio Motta got free with Meshack Tshabalala in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maluleke FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joel Löfgren 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. Seto Bastari hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Meshack Tshabalala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Wnukowski in the 28th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Golden Arrows's Ruperto Gonza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Meshack Tshabalala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Seto Bastari took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Meshack Tshabalala. Maluleke FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Maluleke FC's Meshack Tshabalala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Maluleke FC from getting a goal against them. Ruperto Gonzas short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Meshack Tshabalala to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Arkadiusz Wnukowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Meshack Tshabalala was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Alfred Takalani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Antono having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the match, Ruperto Gonza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Meshack Tshabalala. Maluleke FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruperto Gonza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 53rd minute, Isidoor Goons hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ruperto Gonza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 56 minutes into the match, Maluleke FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Gonza came free, but Meshack Tshabalala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maluleke FC's Meshack Tshabalala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Gonza in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Golden Arrows's Arkadiusz Wnukowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Meshack Tshabalala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Wnukowski in the 65th minute of play forced Maluleke FC's goalkeeper Meshack Tshabalala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Golden Arrows were awarded a corner. Jânio Motta went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Golden Arrows's Jânio Motta to fire away a dangerous shot which Meshack Tshabalala despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Golden Arrows's Ruperto Gonza in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maluleke FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 68 played minutes Maluleke FC got a freekick which was hit by Steve Mabalane. In the 69th minute of the match Joel Löfgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Meshack Tshabalala skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Gonza in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Meshack Tshabalala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The attack was good, but when Ruperto Gonza in the 73rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 75thth minute of the game Arkadiusz Wnukowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maluleke FC's Meshack Tshabalala was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Arkadiusz Wnukowski put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Meshack Tshabalala. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Ruperto Gonza sped through Maluleke FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Meshack Tshabalala. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arkadiusz Wnukowski in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Meshack Tshabalala saved Maluleke FC from getting behind. After 85 played minutes, Golden Arrows's Seto Bastari shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Meshack Tshabalala came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Golden Arrows reached it. After a rather tough play, Golden Arrows's Seto Bastari got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 92 played minutes Golden Arrows got a freekick which was hit by Joel Löfgren. In the 94th minute, Jânio Motta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Meshack Tshabalala was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. When the referee ended the match the Golden Arrows players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
