Spectators: 10876 (Terracing: 8158, Seating: 2501, VIP seats: 217) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edries Liau made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 5 minutes, Rob Khomane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Theuns's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rob Khomane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rob Khomane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ivan Mangope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Mangope didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After having played for 13 minutes, Samuel Komani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Springbok's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Komani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute, Johann Stoltz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rob Khomane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Theuns's Rob Khomane in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Springbok's goalie prevented a goal. Nils-Emil Hermansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johann Stoltz in the 26th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Ivan Mangope successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 31 minutes, Rob Khomane made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Springbok's Ivan Mangope tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rob Khomane struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Ivan Mangope didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Theuns. Takalani Josephs kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Rob Khomane kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivan Mangope. That made the score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. After 40 minutes, Hoadley Fredericks made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Springbok's Ivan Mangope tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rob Khomane to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Springbok's goal looked a bit too open when Rob Khomane came free, but Ivan Mangope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johann Stoltz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Nils-Emil Hermansson made a huge save. Joseph Inguana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 minutes, Rob Khomane made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Springbok's Ivan Mangope tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Joseph Inguana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Mangope was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 64th minute, Rob Khomane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Mangope was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. With a little luck, Theuns's Nils-Emil Hermansson got control of the ball when Johann Stoltz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rob Khomane struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Ivan Mangope didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Theuns. Ivan Mangope came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Theuns's Rob Khomane. But to his dismay, Rob Khomane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Rob Khomane took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Mangope. Ivan Mangope dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. 11-0 became the score in the 86th minute when Rob Khomane elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ivan Mangope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rob Khomane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Mangope came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Theuns's Rob Khomane. But to his dismay, Rob Khomane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0.
